During the daily operation of hydraulic equipment, frequent loading and unloading is required, the working pressure constantly fluctuates between 19 mpa and 21 mpa. As a result, the entire hydraulic system is subjected to hydraulic shock, the high-pressure plunger pump, valves and other hydraulic components are frequently damaged, pipelines are frequently blown up and leaking, frequent failures occur and production costs increase.

Replacement of high pressure plunger pump with hzpvh98 with constant variable pressure control to ensure system pressure stability and hydraulic shock removal.
Processing of the safety unit, simplification of the pressure management structure and procedures.
Optimization of electric control program, simplification of electric control, prevention of failures caused by electric reasons.
